Identify the failed step
Uploading source, building an artifact, previewing it and publishing it are separate operations. Record the last confirmed result before retrying.
- Check the selected organization, project and deployment ID.
- Inspect status and error details; preserve your local source and the last working deployment.
Choose a safe next action
A network timeout does not prove that a server rejected an operation. Read the saved status before starting another request. A preview failure does not require deleting the project.
- Refresh recorded status and compare the current public version.
- Retry only the failed operation when its outcome is known; ask support if acceptance is uncertain.
Verify the recovered site
A rollback changes the selected published artifact; it is not a general database restore. Recheck the actual public URL after recovery.
- Confirm the intended deployment is selected and public.
- Test the previously failing path, images and mobile layout; retain the error reference if the issue persists.
