Work in the correct organization
An organization is the boundary for projects, services and permissions. A similar project name in another organization does not identify the same resource.
- Check the active organization before creating, publishing or reviewing billing.
- Use the project address and deployment history to identify the exact resource.
Give only the access needed
Membership roles control which actions a collaborator may perform. Read access does not automatically permit publication, cancellation, billing or member management.
- Use available organization access controls and review the role before inviting someone.
- Ask the organization owner for a missing permission instead of sharing your account or token.
Remove access deliberately
Revoking access protects future reads and actions; it does not undo an already published deployment or erase financial history. Team Space collaboration is planned and is not yet available as a completed capability.
- Review active members and revoke access that is no longer required.
- Check separately whether an accepted publication or operation also needs an authorized reversal.
